PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a middle manager who manage specific trainees to confirm results of test and progress situations of only the trainees managed by himself or herself in a network-based education system capable of displaying unitarily managed learning contents and test questions on trainee's terminals.;SOLUTION: A DB(database) server 3 stores learning contents and test questions and a management server 2 allows the study contents and the test questions to be displayed on the trainee's terminal through a net work, inputs answers of the trainee, calculates the result of the answers retrieves the results of the specific trainees in accordance with the disclosure requirement of the result of the specific trainees who are managed by the middle manager from the middle manager's terminal and allows the results to be displayed on the middle manager's terminal. Moreover, the DB server 3 stops progress information of the learning contents which are already presented to the trainees, and the server 2 retrieves the progress information of the specific trainees in accordance with the disclosure requirement of the results of the specific trainees who are managed by the middle manager from the middle manager's terminal and allows the information to be displayed on the middle manager's terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
