PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a penetrator for forming an impression to a mold for a microlens array with high accuracy, a method for manufacturing the mold for the microlens array, an apparatus for manufacturing the mold for the microlens array and a microlens array molded product.;SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for molding the mold for the microlens array is constituted so that a multi-penetrator 10 is mounted on the part of the head 3 provided to a pressure mechanism 2 in a detachable manner so as to be positioned by the positioning frame 4 of the pressure mechanism 2. The mold 5 for molding the microlens array is fixed to a work fixing stage 6 under the multi-penetrator 10 and the work fixing stage 6 is attached to an NC table 7. The multi-penetrator 10 is constituted by integrally arranging three unit penetrators 11-13 and the respective unit penetrators 11-13 are moved up and down independently in the long axis direction thereof by the pressure mechanism 2 to form impressions to the mold 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
