PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light weight premixmortar which is excellent in strength, low in a cost, free in forming, having fire resistance and a heat insulation property, by recycling waste polystyrene foam as fine aggregate which is wasted in large amount.;SOLUTION: The ultra fine light weight aggregate (M) is obtained by crushing the waste polystyrene foam by a crusher into a granular with 0.05-5 mm mean diameter and is higher in strength than normal polystyrene foam. The crushed granular has a ragged shape, and is excellent in adherence to the cement paste, having non-hydrophilic property. When the cement paste is added thereto, a solidified layer N is occurred, and the light weight premixmortar solidifies as compact M excellent in strength, low in a cost, having freedom in forming, having fire resistance and a heat insulation property.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
