PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission line for semiconductor laser driving current which can more significantly reduce the occurrence of optical ringing than the conventional example.;SOLUTION: This transmission line which transmits the driving current IP of a semiconductor laser LD is constituted by forming a transmitting wiring pattern IP-Line used for the driving current IP, and another transmitting wiring pattern RP-Line used for a current having the opposite polarity and having the same shape as that of the pattern IP-Line in parallel with each other on and under a substrate. It is preferable to alternately and adjacently arrange a plurality of sets of the transmitting wiring patterns IP-Line and RP-Line on the same surface of the surface in addition to the above constitution.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
