PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility control alarming system, a sequencer, and an alarming device which use a signal showing whether software normally runs for interlocking, eliminate the danger of remote control from a public telephone line, and increase the practicality of the remote control.;SOLUTION: In the facility control alarming system comprising the sequencer 1 which controls the operation of object facilities 7 to be monitored and outputs an alarm signal, etc., and the alarming device 2 which receives the alarm signal, etc., from the sequencer 1 and gives an alarm to the outside, the alarming device 2 comprises a communication part 4 which receives a remote control signal through a communication line, a CPU 31 which receives the remote control signal and outputs a remote control confirmation signal, and an output part 33 which outputs a control OK signal to the sequencer and outputs a remote operation control signal for the object facilities 7 to be monitored once receiving the remote control confirmation signal and control OK signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
