PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the period for development by designing and changing only a part of a program configuration for generating the timing chart of an event change from the collected data of each of equipment in a real time incorporation system consisting of a plurality of equipment for simultaneously performing processing. SOLUTION: When generating the timing chart of the event change from the collected data of the equipment, the collected data of the equipment are temporarily converted into the data of a standard form by a conversion program individual for each of equipment without using a program for simultaneously converting the collected data of the equipment into the data of the timing chart, and then these data of the standard form are converted into the data of the timing chart by a conversion program common for each of equipment.
