PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency countermeasure method against sediment collapse disaster capable of solidifying collapsed sediment in a short period of time as an emergency measure when a road is blocked by a sediment collapse, and also making the traffic flow possible.;SOLUTION: When a mountain or cliff is collapsed and a road is blocked by the collapsed sediment on a road 11, isocianate and polyol are injected into the collapsed sediment 10 through an injection pipe 23, a polymerization reaction is created in the collapsed sediment and polyurethane 12 is scattered throughout the collapsed sediment, and the collapsed sediment 10 can be solidified in a short time.
