PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform verification before launching by constituting a network through a communication channel and allowing many experts at remote plates to participate in a space aircraft launching site verification network system.;SOLUTION: Data are sent and received between a server 11 of a launching control center 1 and a rocket launching site 2 through a data receiving and distributing device 10 and operation data before rocket launching are received by the server 11. The server 11 generates a three-dimensional image of a virtual space of rocket assembly from design data in a storage device 13 and displays the image on a display device 12, and compares and collates data received from the rocket launching site 2 with the image to perform verification. Further, question data R1 to R3 are sent to remote spots 3-1 to 3-3 in charge of verification.
