PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which the performance of a process in which a coated steel, a galvanized sheet in particular, is cut with a laser beam is substantially improved.;SOLUTION: The method is for cutting, a sample composed of the coated steel, the galvanized in particular, with at least one laser beam and at least one kind of assist gas for the laser beam.
