PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise tool which is the application of a conventional exercise tool utilizing the tension of a spring and applying a load to muscles by stretching the spring, and of an exercise tool, in which a flat steel bar-form object having elasticity is vertically operated to stimulate muscles by the vibration and repulsion.;SOLUTION: In the hollow section of a cylindrical bar of an optional length, a spring 11 at the distal end of which a ball receiver is mounted is fixed to the end edge sections of the hollow section. Then, an iron ball 13 is provided in a space between the distal ends wherein the ball receiver 12 is mounted of the two springs. Also, a rubber ball is enclosed in the hollow section of the cylindrical bar of an optional length, and a plug is placed in the top and the bottom of the cylindrical bar for this exercise tool.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
