PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the height of a hoisting accessory inexpensively and accurately by canceling various errors.;SOLUTION: The hoisting rope length of a hoisting device 14 is detected from the drum rotating angle of the hoisting device 14 measured by a drum rotating angle detector 22. Relative height detectors 25 and 26 mounted on the hoisting accessory detect that the hoisting accessory 16 is situated in a specified height position close to the height position of a landing target, from a relative distance Ls between a hoisted cargo landing target surface and the hoisting accessory.
