PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant monitor control technique for reducing traffic over a network.;SOLUTION: A transmitting part C14 of a controller C1 transmits TAG data of a changed TAG with a transmission counter, indicating the order of transmission to a man/machine device M1. In the man/machine device M1, a receiving part M14 receives the TAG data transmitted from the transmitting part C14 of the controller C1, a missing detecting part M15 detects data missing based on the transmission counter of the TAG data received from the controller C1, and a missing notifying part M16 notifies the data missing detected by the missing detecting part M15 to the controller C1. An end batch transmitting part C16 of the controller C1 transmits all the TAG data held for each TAG to the man/machine device M1, when the data missing is notified from the man/machine device M1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
