PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce company activities related to a business trip and to prevent the personal information of a user from being leaked at the time when a ticket is issued.;SOLUTION: This system includes a reservation system part 3 which belongs to a travel company and generates reservation information, a card part 10 on which information is described, a user user terminal part 4 and a ticket issuing machine part 14 belonging to the travel company. The system part 3 transmits the reservation information to the user terminal part 4, the terminal part 4 writes the reservation information on the card part 10, and the ticket issuing machine part 14 reads the reservation information from the card part 10 and issues a ticket corresponding to the reservation information.
