PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an idea investing apparatus, an idea application apparatus and methods for them capable recruiting investors for ideas and raising the capital for applying the idea, and automating the processing for creating a document necessary for application of the idea.;SOLUTION: In a stock public sale part 14, the information on idea stock is open to the investor 2a, and in a stock selling part 16, a stock receiving a selling request from the investor 2a is sold, so that the capital for application of the idea can be obtained. An estimated sum or finishing cost for the cost of creating documents required for application of the idea is inquired at designated intervals to a document creator terminal 2c by a document creation management part 17, and according to the comparison result between the reply sum to the inquiry and the total of proceeds of stocks, it is determined whether the capital for application spent for the document creating cost is short or not, and if shortage is determined, the processing for the shortage is inquired to the concerned person by a document creating cost shortage processing part 18 to conduct the processing for suspending the additional publication of stocks and creation of the document.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
