PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mounting quality including the reliability of an electronic component according to the uniformity of heating.;SOLUTION: Arranged are a 1st conveyance path 1a and a 2nd conveyance path 4a arranged in a reflow furnace 2 and a heater 21 which heats gas. This controller is composed of detectors 7a-2 and 7a-1 which detect the temperature difference between two positions 7a-2P and 7a-1P on the front side and rear side of a printed wiring board 3 reloaded from the 1st conveyance path 1a to the 2nd conveyance part 4a and an inverting mechanism 4a which inverts the printed wiring board 3 between its front and rear positions on the 2nd conveyance path 4a when the temperature difference exceeds a set value. The front and rear positions of the printed wiring board 3 are inverted in relation to the detecting operation for the temperature difference, so a temperature fall in the printed wiring board 3 is eliminated more strictly and properly in temperature environment under nearly constant control to perform soldering in more uniform temperature environment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
