PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time for analysis corresponding to high frequency.;SOLUTION: This device is provided with a control part 2 for calculating the total sum of the sum of respective DC resistance value and surface resistance value concerning plural elements corresponding to a wiring pattern as a total resistance value based on the design information of a circuit, sorting resistance values corresponding to respective elements with a high frequency element delay as a key when this total resistance value is greater than a first threshold, further integrating the resistance values in the order from the smallest high frequency element delay and judging whether or not the integrated result reaches just before a second threshold each time the resistance value is integrated, an RLC model analyzing part 6 and a high frequency element model analyzing part 5 for executing analysis with an element corresponding to the integrated resistance value as an RLC model and with an element except for such an element as a high frequency element model when the integrated result reaches just before the second threshold.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
