PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compare and examine quotations from plural manufactures. SOLUTION: Cost factor data are provided from plural manufactures 13, with respect to information such as the CAD data of parts provided by a developing section 10 and stored in databases 15 and 16. The cost for manufacturing is calculated by the unit of each maker, based on the cost factor data and displayed. Accessing of information provided, accessing of the cost factor data on the databases 15 and 16, updating of the cost factor data on the databases 15 and 16 and accessing of the manufacturing cost displayed are conducted via a network.
