PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug price settlement system and device, a storage medium, and a drug price settlement method which improve convenience to sellers and buyers of drugs by accurately and speedily settling the price of the prescribed drugs with simple constitution. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with at least one medium 1 storing information regarding a prescribed issued at a clinic 10 where the patient saw a doctor and are or more drug price settlement devices 21 which read the information regarding the prescription out of the medium 1, detect the drugs used for the prescription and settle the price for the detected drugs.
