PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the possibility of the rush of order placement of a commodity in a short time, and to appropriately cope with the rush of the order.;SOLUTION: In this commodity transaction system with order placement side terminals 102-104 for placing an order of a commodity and a shipping side terminal 101 for shipping the commodity connected thereto via a network 100, the shipping side terminal 101 comprises a receiving means for receiving the order of the commodity from at least one of the order placement side terminals 102-104, a comparing means for comparing the number of the orders with a preset threshold, and a clocking means for clocking the time receiving the order of the commodity.
