PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a database system for awakening a desire of being an information provider by preventing the individual information from being leaked uncontrollably while the information provider himself has nothing to do therewith, and guaranteeing a fair portion of the fee for using the information to be paid as the information is used.;SOLUTION: The requested information collected from the information provider is classified and controlled, the requested information is made public to information users with the name of the provider concealed while notifying the name of the information provider only to a center, the information users are charged according to the degree of the use of each item of the requested information by the information user so that benefits are given to the information provider according to the degree of the use of each item of the requested information of the information provider.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
