PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a system for hospital reservation assistance which make it possible to grasp the symptoms of a patient to some extent before clinical consultation at a hospital and reserve the clinical consultation according to the symptoms. SOLUTION: A network is constituted by connecting a hospital-side communication terminal device and a patient-side communication terminal to a server for a system which manages the whole system through a communication line, and the system server decides a disease name, the department of clinical consultation, and the seriousness of the disease according to health information on the patient inputted from the patient-side communication terminal device, and retrieves a hospital where the patient can see a doctor and determines a reservation date and time.
