PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fraudulent usage by someone other than the principal in a card settlement by a credit card, a prepaid card, a debit card or the like.;SOLUTION: Schedule information is received from a plurality of information terminals, the information is managed by a schedule management server as a schedule per cashless card coordinated with the information terminal, and in regard to each card used in the member store terminal installed in a member store handling the card to sell merchandise using the card, effectiveness of the card used in the member store terminal is judged on the basis of the schedule at the time of a card approval managed by the schedule management server.
