ANTICORROSIVE TREATMENT METHOD FOR CONCRETE CRACK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly carry out anticorrosive treatment through a simple method.;SOLUTION: If a crack 14 arises in concrete 10, a surface side aperture of the crack 14 is closed by means of a tape 16. In adhesion of the tape 16, injection holes 18 are arranged at proper intervals along the extensive direction on the surface side of the crack 14. Then, via the injection holes 18, oil A such as animal/vegetable oil or mineral oil is sprayed into the inside space of the crack. The sprayed oil A is atomized finely so as to penetrate the surface and the inside of the minute crack and form an oil film B covering the surface of the crack 14. Once the oil film B is formed over the surface and the like of the crack 14, further permeation of degradation factors such as water penetrating the crack 14 and salt-laden water is prevented because of water repellency of the oil film B.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
