PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid seasoning having an effect suppressing drip occurred in marinating meat and fish, thereby enabling marinating semi-processed products having good appearance to be obtained.;SOLUTION: This liquid seasoning comprises 9-19 wt.% oil and fat having 12-24°C melting point and 43-63 wt.% miso and has 5,700-26,000 mP.s viscisity at 25°C.
