PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanomagnetic head capable of reducing the minimum unit size of magnetic information to a nanosize, and achieving a superhigh density for magnetic recording.;SOLUTION: This nanomagnetic head 2 is characterized in that the base end part 10a of a nanotube 10 is fixed to a holder (e.g. a pyramid part 8) so as to protrude the tip part 10b of the nanotube 10 from the holder, a nanocoil 12 is wound and disposed in the outer periphery of the tip part 10b of the nanotube 10, and signals are inputted to/outputted from both ends of the nanocoil 12. In addition, ferromagnetic metal atoms 16 are arrayed in the hollow part 10c of the nanotube 10 to intensify a magnetic signal. Moreover, a nanomagnetic head device 23 is provided by combining the nanomagnetic head 2 with a signal control part 25.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
