SPRING WATER FILTERING METHOD AND SPRING WATER FILTERING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a spring water filtering method which is carried out by collecting spring water issuing from the ground at several locations during tunnel excavation to a predetermined location, filtering the spring water to obtain clear water in a short period of time, and allowing the clear water to flow through a side ditch, to thereby efficiently promote excavation work, and to obtain a spring water filtering apparatus.;SOLUTION: The spring water filtering apparatus is formed of a filtering means 10 and a sucking apparatus 20, and the filtering means 10 is formed by inserting a strainer tube 13 into a hole 11 bored at a spring point or at an arbitrary location near the point, filling silica sand as a filter medium 12 into a gap between the bored hole 11 and the strainer pipe 13, and further inserting an inner strainer pipe 14 into the strainer pipe 13. The strainer pipes 13 and 14 has slits 13a and 14a formed therein, respectively, and when clear water filtered through the filter medium 12 enters the interiors of the strainer pipes 13 and 14, the clear water is sucked by a suction pump 22 of the sucking apparatus 20 in a short period of time, to be drained from a drain pipe 25 to the side ditch. As a result, spring water can be reduced to a predetermined level or below in a short period of time, to thereby efficiently promote the excavation work.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
