PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire survey system capable of correcting the contents of questionnaire request information as required even after sending a questionnaire request and quickly knowing an answering state any time in a questionnaire survey period and a storage medium storing a questionnaire survey program.;SOLUTION: The system is provided with an edition information preparation part 901 for preparing survey item edition information, an edition information storage part 902 for storing the survey item edition information, a questionnaire answerer table 908 for storing information on questionnaire answerers, and a questionnaire request information sending part 903 for sending questionnaire request information to respective questionnaire answerers. The system is provided also with a questionnaire answer picture generation information generating part 904 for generating questionnaire answer picture generation information on the basis if the survey item edition information and a questionnaire answer picture generation information sending part 906 for sending the generated questionnaire answer picture generation information to respective questionnaire answerers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
