PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate the operations of both an automobile company side and a customer side in respective steps at least from an estimate to ordering in relation to vehicle lease business.;SOLUTION: A plurality of kinds of estimate patterns are preliminarily registered in a vehicle information managing server 2 in each different customer (S1 and S2), an estimate image for the customer of a request source is displayed on a user terminal 3 in response to an estimate request from the terminal 3 connected to the server 2 with a customer ID and estimate selection is performed (S3 to S13), after the estimate is completed, the selected estimate is displayed in response to an order information selection request from the terminal 3 and an order information selection image where information from a list of information proper to a corresponding customer in each prescribed item can be selectively inputted is also displayed on the terminal 3 (S15 and S16), an estimate sheet including contents selected from a correspondence list is prepared in each item, an order image where the estimate sheet is displayed is displayed on the terminal 3 and a lease order request is accepted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
