PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting the disconnection/short circuit of a smoke protection and discharge line without disconnecting the fuse of a protective circuit of a fire receiver in a smoke protection and discharge interlocking system. SOLUTION: The fire receiver 1 outputs voltage in a forward direction A with respect to a smoke protection and discharge device ER when a control switch 13 is turned on, and meanwhile, outputs voltage in a backward direction B with respect to the device ER when the switch 13 is turned off. The first monitor detecting part 16 is connected to the forward voltage output side 13A of the switch 13 and a resistor R1 is connected to the backward voltage output side 13B of the switch 13. The receiver 1 further includes the first disconnection/ short circuit monitor repeater 2 to which the first relay (ry) is connected. The first relay (ry) is controlled with a detection situation by the part 16, and when the part 16 detects disconnection/short circuit when the switch 13 is turned off, the repeater 2 receives an abnormality signal from the part 16 without releasing the first relay (ry) and performs a prescribed alarming operation.
