Combination of radiation and vitamin D3 analogs for the treatment of cancer

The present invention is drawn to the use of a vitamin D₃ analogs in combination with radiation therapy for the treatment of hyperproliferative diseases, including cancer. Such combination therapies may be combined with additional therapies such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, gene therapy or surgery.
