The present invention relates to a thermoplastic elastomer vulcanizate obtained from a thermoplastic propylene/ethylene/&agr;-olefin terpolymer, a rubber component and optional additives, by dynamic vulcanization of the rubber component with a non-peroxide curing system. The vulcanizate has both superior physical properties and excellent processability.
