Image system evaluation method and apparatus using eye motion tracking

Image systems are compared and evaluated using an eyetracking apparatus. An observer views images made with different image systems. The eyetracking apparatus records the horizontal and vertical gaze position as a function of time.;The observer's judgments for one image system are compared to results for another image system.
