The purpose of the present invention is to provide an adjustable permanent concrete shuttering allowing concrete projections (12) receiving slabs (15) to be made easily on the spot before the concrete sets and hardens. To this end the shuttering is constituted of two tubular bodies (1, 3) fitting together telescopically. The shuttering has the upper end flexible (2) whereas the lower end is closed by a flexible bottom (4). The shuttering may include fixing beds (7) receiving slabs (15) and being fitted with reinforcing brackets (11) that, with connection rods (10), form a device for anchoring the paving.IMAGE
