The purpose of the present invention is to provide an extendable and contractable permanent concrete shuttering allowing concrete or mortar projections (5) receiving slabs (8) to be made easily on the spot before the concrete or the mortar sets and hardens. To this end the shuttering is constituted by a cylindrical shell (1) with spiral or annular pleating (2) and end piece (3) closing the lower end of the shell (1).
