摘要
The method is used in orthopedics and traumatology. It allows the restoration of the end extensor of the fingers in a closed manner, and based on early motor activity. 4/0 steel wire is passed through the lumen of an ordinary inoculation needle, getting subcutaneously across sound articular capsule, dorsally and parallel to the revolving of a proximal interphalanteal joint. Immediately after that, the two free ends of the wire are passed in succession, and again subcuteneously, obliquely to the opposite end of the finger, coming at 1 cm distally of the axis of rotation of the said joint. By means of the needle, their free ends for a second time are crossed over subcutaneously above the distal interphalanteal joint and come on the side of the nail 1 mm above the neutral line of the finger. A second wire is tied to the base of the wire suture in order to pull out the base after the expiry of the time of restoration on the 35th day. The two ends of the second wire are connected to the beginning of the first one, and are subcutaneously passed proximally to the base of the finger, where they come out on the surface to its side edge. In a position of extension of a proximal interphalanteal joint and hyperextension of the distal interphalenteal joint, the two free ends of the wire suture are tied on the nail by means of an 8-mm vinyl pipe At the ends of the second wire a similar vinyl pipe is also fitted and they are tied onto it. 1 claim, 7 figures
