A vibrating set for application on a cell phone includes a contact plate and a vibrating motor electrically connected with the contact plate with flexible wires. The contact plate has positive and negative electrical contacts on its upper surface to establish an electrical connection with corresponding electrical contacts on a printed circuit board. The shaft of a fixing element passes through an opening in the printed circuit panel and in the contact plate to fix them to the base of the phone. The negative electrical contact is electrically connected with a telephone frame member to provide electromagnetic shielding.
