Compounds that are derived from 2-ureido-1,3-thiazole of formula (I), where R is a halogen atom, a nitro group, an optionally substituted amino group, or another optionally substituted group selected from the following groups, including i) straight-chained CC-alkyl branched chain; ii) C-C-cycloalkyl; iii) aryl or arylalkyl having 1-6 carbon atoms in a straight or branched alkyl chain; R3 means an optionally substituted group selected from the following groups, including: i) straight or branched C-C-alkyl; ii) a 3-6 membered carbon ring or a 5-7 membered heterocyclic ring; iii) aryl or arylcarbonyl; iv) arylalkyl having 1-6 carbon atoms in a straight or branched alkyl chain; R 2 is a hydrogen, C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkenyl or alkynyl group with a straight or branched chain; or together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, R1 and R4 form a substituted or unsubstituted group selected from the following groups, including i) a 5-7-membered heterocyclic ring, which is optionally benzo-condensed or has an internal bridge; ii) 9-11 membered spiroheterocyclic compound; or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts intended for the treatment of cell proliferative disorders caused by changes in cell kinase activity.
