1. A Ryo-do-raky chart comprises diagnostic acupuncture points to the horizontal corresponding to 12 main symmetrical meridians, characterized in that the lower part of the chart comprises three lines (3), with the meridian indices on the upper of them and with the numerical values of the toner and sedative points as well as graphic members are indicated on the medium and on the lower lines reflecting the type of corrective action on the acupuncture points, wherein each meridian column (2) comprises two electric conductivity scales of the acupuncture points divided by their numerical values, one of said scale relates to the right extremity, the other to the left extremity, and the scale divisions are marked by graphic elements. 2. A method for estimating the physiological and psychological condition of the organism, the method involves measuring the skin electric conductivity in an area that comprises 24 biologically active diagnostic points on 12 symmetrical meridians of the organism, applying the electric conductivity value on the Ryo-do-raky chart, plotting a physiological corridor (5) on the chart and subsequent diagnostic estimation of the organism systems, characterized in that the Ryo-do-raky chart is used according to claim 1, and after plotting the measured values on the chart a diagram (6) of skin electric conductivity is drawn in each meridian column, the diagnostic estimation of the organism systems is carried out connecting graphic elements corresponding to the marked values of electric conductivity on the right and left extremities with a straight line, analyzing each obtained diagram (6) and all taken together, comparing diagrams (6) with each other and by variants of their combination between each other, wherein the following positions are taken into account when analyzing each diagram: an inclination angle relative to the horizontal axis, length, a position relative to the limits (7, 8) of the physiological corridor (5) and the angle of its inclination relative to said corridor, and crossing the corridor (5) limits by the diagram, the position relative to the medium line (9) of the corridor (5), characteristics of each meridian, position of the diagram ends relative to the corridor (5) limits (7, 8), position of the diagram (6) inside the corridor (5) and the angle of its inclination are determined after the diagnostic estimation and plotted on the chart the type for determining the type of corrective action for those acupuncture points, the results of measurements of which go beyond the corridor (5) limits (7, 8) by hatching corresponding elements in two lower lines taking into account that after applying corrective actions on the corresponding points of the diagram (6) ends said elements should be within said corridor (5). 3. The method according to claim 2, characterized in that the skin electric conductivity is measured by applying an electrical current between 1 to 2 mkA, the chart is divided vertically to two halves, the left of which serves for graphic reflection of the electric conductivity of hands acupuncture points, and the right serves for graphic reflection of the electric conductivity of feet acupuncture points, and the following points are selected as diagnostic acupuncture points: P9, MC7, IG5, TR4 and GI5 for hands and RP3, F2, R4, V65, VB40 and E42 for feet, as toner points: P9, MC9, C9, IG3, TR3 and GI11 for hands and RP2, F8, R7, V67, VB43 and E41 for feet, and the rest of points: P5, MC7, C7, IG8, TR10 and G14 for hands and RP5, F2, R2, V65, VB88 and E45 for feet.
