SUBSTANCE: method involves inactivating deposited pathogenic microorganism strain into laboratory glasses, placing them in direct proximity to device for recording and displaying biological cell luminescence spectrum data. Temperature of the device for recording and displaying data is varied in 10 to 400 C. During the temperature being varied, polarized electromagnetic radiation of inactivated pathogenic microorganism strain is recorded in 3 mcm to 10 mm wavelength bandwidth. Stable energy states are formed by means of which the device for recording and displaying biological cell luminescence spectrum data is capable of radiating the like polarized electromagnetic wave radiation in the following cycles of temperature changes. The mentioned means are selected from silicon, germanium, diamond, and gallium arsenide. The mentioned polarized electromagnetic wave radiation is used by the device for recording and displaying spectrum data for irradiating pathogenic microorganisms and inactivating them in human organism. Device for changing pathogenic microorganism inactivation is placed in the direct vicinity to patient organism and temperature variation cycle of the device for recording and displaying biological cell luminescence spectrum containing data polarized electromagnetic radiation of inactivated pathogenic microorganism strain is changed. Pathogenic microorganism strain elimination from human or animal organism is carried out by exposing the patient to polarized electromagnetic wave radiation during 1 ms to 1000 s with frequency varied from 1 to 48 treatments per day during time period being 3 days to 2 months long. The device for device for recording and displaying polarized electromagnetic radiation of inactivated pathogenic microorganism strain has working cell placed in reservoir containing the inactivated pathogenic microorganism strain. The cell has at least one unit for recording and displaying biological cell radiation spectrum and means for measuring temperature. Chip is used as the unit for recording and displaying biological cell luminescence spectrum having at least two crystal semiconductors of different conductivity type and al one semiconductor transition and at least one crystal selected from a group composed of silicon, germanium, diamond, and gallium arsenide. The device for changing pathogenic microorganism activity has working cell having at least one unit for recording and displaying biological cell luminescence spectrum storing polarized electromagnetic radiation data of an inactivated pathogenic microorganism strain and means for measuring temperature bound to means for biological cell, control unit, at least one additional and reference cell for restoring polarized electromagnetic radiation level of an inactivated pathogenic microorganism strain and unit for erasing polarized electromagnetic radiation data.
