METHOD ENABLING A PURCHASER TO ASK FOR THE EXECUTION OF AN OBLIGATION RELATED TO A CARD AND ENABLING AN EXECUTOR TO RECOGNIZE SAID OBLIGATION

The present invention relates to a method that enables a purchaser to ask for the execution of an obligation related to a card and that enables an emitter to recognise this obligation, wherein said method provides for a remote interaction between the parties and ensures their security. The emitter releases cards each comprising an identifier as well as a verifier which corresponds to said identifier and is hidden by a masking system. The card purchaser sends the card identifier to the emitter together with an indication related to the execution of the obligation. The emitter checks that he has not provided anybody with a signed answer establishing a link between the identifier provided and an indication different from that provided. The emitter further signs the answer establishing a link between the identifier and the indication and forwards the signed answer to the purchaser. The purchaser checks the signature of the emitter under the answer, also checks that the answer establishes a link between the identifier and the indication he had sent to the emitter, and eventually sends the card verifier to said emitter. The emitter checks that the verifier corresponds to the identifier and recognises an obligation corresponding to that provided by the card and the indication of the purchaser. This invention can be used in the organisation of product and service sale transactions, in lotteries, in banking and financial activities as well as in other fields.
