The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to pomiculture and may be used for diagnostication of apple fruit resistance to brown spot affection.Summary of the invention consists in that the proposed method includes selection of the apple fruit pulp middle sample before harvesting and determination therein of the calcium free ions content. Resistant to brown spot affection are deemed to be the apple fruits, the calcium free ions content of which does not exceed 1,6 mg to 100 g of raw material.The result of the invention consists in increasing the exactness in diagnosticating the apple fruit resistance to brown spot affection before harvesting.
