The invention refers to medicine, namely to gastroenterology. Summary of the invention consists in that into the gastrointestinal tract lumen it is introduced the endoscope, it is visualized the ulcer with hemorrhagic stigma. Afterwards, through the endoscope it is introduced a temperature-sensitive element and by its means it is determined the thermal gradient between the hemorrhagic stigma and the adjacent tissues. Where the thermal gradient is greater or equal with 0,2 degree C, it is determined a blood vessel in the gastroduodenal ulcer.Claims: 1
