The invention relates to chemistry and medicine, namely to the co-ordinative compounds of the transient metals thiosemicarbazones class. Summary of the invention consists in obtaining copper chelate compounds of the formula:CHFORMwhere A=NH3 (I), 2-CH3Py(II), 3-CH3Py (III), 4-CH3Py (IV), 2-NH2Py (V), 5-nitrofurfurylidene-2-isonicotinoilhydrazone (VI); n = 0 (II, III, V), 1 (IV), 2 (I), 3 (VI), with antimicrobial and antimycotic activity.They may be applied in medicine and veterinary medicine in the capacity of antibacterial and antimycotic preparations with wide spectrum of biological activity or in the capacity of ingredients for obtaining of selective nutrient media.Claims: 1
