The invention relates to medicine namely to psychiatry and engineering psychology, and may be used is case of professional exhaustion, psychophysiologica; tension, as well as for increasing the capacity for work, autotraining. Summary of the invention consists in that the patient is acted upon with a light signal in 3 stages, where in the first stage is acting upon with light, which is emitted from one spherical element, dispersing light, in the second stage from another spherical element, having a smaller dispersion area than the first element, and in the third stage simultaneously from both spherical elements, the duration of the procedure constituting 15_60 sec for each stage.It is also claimed a device for luminous stimulation for psychophysiological relaxation, consisting of dispersion elements, a connecting element, inside of which there are installed two transparent spherical surface with a smaller diameter, and mounting within them of a light source. As well as on one of the spherical surfaces with a smaller diameter there are made prominences of different dimensions.Claims: 3Fig.: 1
