The present invention describes an air purifying system based on water sprinkling having a humidifier part and another dehumidifier one; it is operatively installed in an air managing unit used for recirculating air inside a conditioned space. A blower inside a housing of the air managing unit functions to extract the air back to the housing, making the air flow throughout all the air purifying system, and then discharging the purified and humidified air back to the conditioned space. A part of the water sprinkling in the purifying system is pumped by a pump that pushes water from the collector structure through a filter, with the drained sprinkling water back to the collector, after this the cleaned air is transported in the purification system. An additive injector adds to the collector water a material for the adequate chemical treatment and the water contaminants monitor structure operates the return washing through the filter, when it detects an undesirable increase in the counte r-pressure of the pump or the formation of particulate or gaseous contaminants in the collector water. The operation of the air managing unit and its associated purifying system are supervised or regulated automatically by a programmable control and supervision system of air quality, which is connected to a detection apparatus of multiple parameters, which continuously detects the preset levels of temperature, dampness and contamination of the particulate material at the conditioned space or of the air supplied there from the air managing unit.
