The invention relates to a vehicle (1) comprising a chassis (2) fitted with a first pair of wheels (3a,3b) and a second pair of wheels (4a,4b), which are rotatably journalled in, respectively, a first wheel pair frame (7) and a second wheel pair frame (8), which are each rotatably connected to the chassis (2) on two opposed sides of the chassis (2) about a first vertical axis (24) and a second vertical axis (25), respectively, and which are interconnected by a transmission for transmitting a rotation of the first wheel pair frame (7) to the second wheel pair frame (8) according to a first transmission ratio, wherein the second wheel pair frame (8) includes a second sliding member (12), which is movable with respect to the second wheel pair frame (8) in dependence on the rotation of the first wheel pair frame (7), which movement influences the first transmission ratio.
