There are at least two hydraulic cylinders (4',4'') on both sides of the jib (3). In each swivel position of the jib at least the active direction of one cylinder is spaced from the swivel axis (11) of the jib and the cylinders are each supported seen in relation to the axis opposite one another on the portal frame (2). The cylinders are preferably arranged so that starting from the basic position of the jib with a small swivel angle and depending on the swivel direction one of the cylinders intersects the axis with its active direction. The mechanism can swivel the jib to any desired angle.
