METHOD OF RADIOIMMUNOLOGICAL DOSING OF THE 2,4-DICHLOROPHENOXYACETIC ACID 2,4D PESTICIDE IN SOIL SAMPLES

The invention relates to a method of radioimmunological dosing of the 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid 2,4D pesticide in soil samples. The pesticide is extracted with a solvent consisting of ethyl alcohol, methanol and a solution of sodium hydrate. The extract is mixed with a phosphate buffer solution, antipesticide antiserum, 2,4D-Tiramin 125 I radioactive marker and a 50% ammonium sulphate solution. The resulting precipitate is centrifuged for 30 min, and its radioactivity is measured afterwards.
