The combination pharmaceutical composition for simultaneous, separate or sequential use in the treatment of human tumor cells comprises an effective amount of O6-benzylguanine and an effective amount of temozolomide with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers. Also disclosed is the use of O6-benzylguanine and temozolomide for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of human tumor cells and a pharmaceutical kit comprising separately the temezolomide pharmaceutical composition and the O6-benzylguanine pharmaceutical composition separately.
