This invention relates to the area of machine-building and can be used at making rotor machines, in particular, rotor internal combustion engines and rotor volumetric engines. In all the versions of the rotor machine claimed, due to excluding seal failure for working volumes, more complete use of the volumes of the machine and change of flat-parallel and translational motion of the moving parts to rotary motion there is provided decrease of dynamical loads due to forces of inertia on all the parts of the rotor machine, this leads to increase of economy, reliability and power. Besides that the invention proposed makes it possible to increase functional possibilities of the rotor machine.
